Refund Policy

We design our events around confirmed headcount — securing space, coaches, and experiences in advance — so your RSVP truly matters.

7+ days before the event

Full refund to your original payment method.

3–6 days before the event

50% refund OR full credit toward a future PBC event or shop purchase.

Within 48 hours of the event

Tickets are non-refundable.

Full credit will be issued for a future PBC event or PBC merchandise.

No-shows

No refunds or credits.

We understand life happens, and we always aim to take care of our community while keeping events sustainable.

Ticket Transfer Policy

If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — just let us know in advance so we can update the guest list.

Event Participation Agreement

By attending a Pacific Bogey Club event, you agree to:

• Show respect to fellow players, staff, and venue partners

• Participate responsibly and safely

• Follow venue rules and instructor guidance when applicable

• Help maintain the welcoming, inclusive culture PBC is known for

We reserve the right to remove disruptive behavior without refund.

Media & Photo Release

PBC events may be photographed or filmed for community storytelling and marketing.

By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify us beforehand.

Schedule & Experience Flexibility

Occasionally weather, venue logistics, or unforeseen circumstances require adjustments.

We’ll always communicate changes clearly and do our best to preserve the experience.
