PBC Event Policy

(Refunds, Expectations & Agreements)


Refund Policy



Every PBC event is built around confirmed player counts. Once registration closes, we commit to tee times, food, staffing, player gifts, coaches, and experiences based on the number of golfers attending. Because of these upfront costs, late cancellations are difficult for us to absorb.


10+ days before the event
Receive a full refund to your original payment method.


Within 10 days of the event
Registrations are non-refundable. If we’re unable to fill your spot, we’ll issue a 50% credit toward a future PBC event or PBC merchandise.


If we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist
We’ll happily issue a full refund. 


No-shows
No refunds or credits.


We know life happens. Our goal is always to be as fair as possible to both our players and the event. If we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.




Ticket Transfer Policy



If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — just let us know in advance so we can update the guest list.



Event Participation Agreement



By attending a Pacific Bogey Club event, you agree to:


  • Show respect to fellow players, staff, and venue partners

  • Participate responsibly and safely

  • Follow venue rules and instructor guidance when applicable

  • Help maintain the welcoming, inclusive culture PBC is known for



We reserve the right to remove disruptive behavior without refund.



Media & Photo Release


PBC events may be photographed or filmed for community storytelling and marketing.

By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify us beforehand.


Schedule & Experience Flexibility


Occasionally weather, venue logistics, or unforeseen circumstances require adjustments.

We’ll always communicate changes clearly and do our best to preserve the experience.
